Audubon Square is a 6,600 SF retail building for Audubon Land Development. Bernardon designed the building with three tenant spaces that are occupied by Starbucks, Sprint and Firehouse Subs. The building is constructed on a concrete pad with steel and metal framing. The exterior walls are finished with EIFS and brick/stone columns. The entryways are storefront windows and doors with fabric/metal canopies overhead. The interior finishes consist of drywall, acoustical ceilings, LED lighting and bathroom fixtures. In addition, we also installed the heating/air conditioning and fire protection system.
