    Designed and constructed for the specific needs and philosophy of the Chatham Financial Services organization, this building includes many custom features, one of which is a lower level training area that features state-of-the-art computer simulation training for employees. The three-story structure is 32,000 SF, and also includes large open areas to encourage communication between employees with small and large private conference rooms around the perimeters of the trading floors. The large atrium in the center of the building allows for substantial natural light, and the timber frame ceiling provides beautiful architectural detail. The exterior of the building was inspired by the surrounding agriculture buildings and follows suit with the first two buildings we constructed on the same site.
