SHANNONDELL AT VALLEY FORGE
We have partnered with Shannondell on 16 projects over the past 16 years. From 2001 to 2007, Phases 1 and 2 were completed, consisting of 30 acres and 10 buildings totaling 1.5 million SF. In 2014, Shannondell began concept design on Phase 3 of the master plan, which included three major projects representing 504,800 SF all of which have been completed.
